rework idea
he W becomes only a passive where landing your Q on an enemy heals you or if you land it on an ally it takes a chunk of your health and heals them for a bit more than it costs you like each point would increase the ratio of health lost to healed so lvl5 W would have a 1.5 ratio
then her Q could stay the same except new passive and stuff also maybe a tweak to her E the legit abilityto be far less clunky and more than just bad CC i mean you need a stun to get then rooted wtf how about if she lands it she saps the enemys move speed and health slowly
like every one second the enemy is in the circle she take 4 of there health per seconds (scale with like tenacity or something) and 1 movespeed (scale with how many kills she gets , so like every champion kill is 0.25 of a move speed per second and like a minion is like 0.1[+0.1 per point in the skill] and if they stay the full duration the get rooted and take extra damage as usual )
or you could just take away here mana bar for this wierd health stored lost wtf
like essentioaly another way to nerf her is to get rid of her mana and make this new bar
NEW MANA BAR REPLACEMENT:new bar name? when soraka loses health that health is stored in this bar (max health increase by like 600 per lvl)
REWORKED Q: Starcall Cost: 10/9/8/7/6% of current health Range: 970 A star falls from the sky at the target location dealing magic damage and slowing enemies in the center of effect. Calls down a star from Soraka to a target location. Enemies standing in the explosion radius take 70/110/150/190/230 (+35% Ability Power) magic damage. Enemies standing in the center take 150% damage and are slowed by 30/35/40/45/50% for 2 seconds.
REWORKED W: Astral Infusion Cost: 10% Max Health, NEW MANA BAR REPLACEMENT COST 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 x the amount soraka healed herself / ally Range: 550 Soraka sacrifices a portion of her own Health to heal another friendly unit. Passively heals Soraka when she lands Starcall on an enemy Champion. Passive: Each enemy Champion hit by Starcall heals Soraka for 25/35/45/55/65 (+0) to 50/70/90/110/130 (+80% Ability Power), increasing based on how much Health Soraka is missing (also drains NEW MANA BAR REPLACEMENT at same rate as active) Active: Restores 120/150/180/210/240 (+60% Ability Power) Health to her target ally. Cannot be cast if Soraka is below 5% Health.
REWORKED E: Equinox Cost: 6/5/4/3/2/1% of her current health Range: 925 Creates a zone at a location that silences all enemies inside and saps away . When the zone expires, all enemies still inside are rooted. Creates a zone at target location for 1.5 seconds, dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage to enemy Champions in the cast radius. Enemy Champions standing in the zone are silenced until they leave. When the zone disappears, all enemy Champions still standing in the zone are rooted for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 second(s) and are dealt 70/110/150/190/230 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage. NEW: PASSIVE: each kill soraka get against a minion grants this ability one more range, and if she kills enemy champions with this ability she gets +1ap +1armor +2 movespeed and +1 tenacity (stacks infinitly)
REWORKED ULT: LORE STUFF BRO Cost: all your MANA BAR REPLACEMENT Range: 25000 soraka needs a new ult thats cooler so she ask cat455cat455 to come up with one when soraka uses her ult she consumes all her MANA BAR REPLACEMENT but she heals everyone on her team for the amount this amount i multiplied by a how many points she has in her ult also any nearby enemy's to a healed target get slowed by 99% for 0.1 seconds and then get a 0.1 second knock up and take 30% of the consumed MANA BAR REPLACEMENT
REWORKED PASSIVE: MOAR LOR STUF BRO instead of having mana soraka has MANA BAR REPLACEMENT a replacment for her old mana bar, this new one is grazy overloaded and is like wtf did that soraka do along with making her more prominent in other roles such as jungle and carry so basicaly she gains alot of stuff for doing a lot of stuff making her good in multiple roles, like a specialized ka'zix okay so first if soraka takes damage she gains MANA BAR REPLACEMENT equal to the amount of damage she took a
