Lost Yellow Ribbon

Recently, about a week or 2+ ago, I recieved a yellow ribbon. I recieved honor every game since then, and I took a few days break due to school, only to see my ribbon vanished. I'm devastated, given I get honor many times a game. Is there any way I can get it back or retrieve it anew?

EDIT: If you ask many of my friends, I communicate alot with my teammates and try to solve problems alot of times.

I also had all of the banners at some point and time. They always end up disappearing anyways. It's not your fault, don't think about it.

The banners were never meant to be permanent. You have to consistantly receive honor to keep them.
