I recently received a permanent skin for a champion I don't own. I was wondering if re-rolling 3 of those would be worthwhile or if it's the same as re-rolling skin shards.

Sukishoo1 votesYes you can. You can receive shards called Permanents, both in skin and champions. When gained for a champion it means you already own them, however when its for a skin it's usually given for a champion that you DON'T own and can unlock (w/o essence) once you do own them. You can click on them and choose to re-roll just like anything else.
