Just wanted to see how many people are willing to put the group that works on new champions towards doing full scale reworks on the really old ones.
For those that say "It'd be boring since we don't have any new champions" get a complete rework and rerelease of a champion is basically the same thing.
As far as I'm aware they are completely different teams, I believe I saw a Red post saying that a while ago, but I could be wrong.
Brand on the list for a full scale rework? He's actually the only one you listed that is actually stable in his current state. He's like Vel'koz, immobile, but kills everything if left to do so.
He is actually in a pretty good spot.
Considering how most of the 'new' champs are broken-boring trash, I am totally up for reuniting the goldie oldie.
These new champs sparkle with that scene-kid-hipster gleam. I miss seeing champs who reminded me of good ole' reused WoW3 RTS models.

No, because updating pre-established champions is not the same as keeping the game fresh and introducing new champions/thematics/mechanics/narrative(not a joke)/art. A complete relaunch of a champion is not the same as a new release, because updated champions keep their core identities whereas new champions introduce new things to the table. Sion remained an undead juggernaut, and the game got it's first emperor from a bygone age: Azir. Tristana got updated to match how yordles are now concieved thematicaly, and we got our first prehistoric yordle: Gnar.
Poppy's update will not change her from a yordle to a bionic cyber warrior princess in order to keep her core identity the same, and we get to enjoy a new release with a champion that's a bionic cyber warrior princess. Besides, the team that creates champions are COMPLETELY SEPERATE from the team that updates champions.
You do know that riot won't listen to your idea in this petition because of your use of profanity, after all RIOT Games is a Business who also wants their content to be clean and if you want to get a business' attention then use intelligent words and phrases instead of being toxic with profanity or your forum won't have any meaning in their eyes because your are just being ignorant.
Most of those champions don't need full scale relaunches. They are fine/could be slightly better through slight buffs. Also, have you ever heard the phrase too many chefs? Just throwing more people at the problem doesn't mean it'll get done faster.
Yorick, Urgot, Poopy and WW are the only ones there who need full on reworks. Morde is very close to that line, although I love him and love playing him.
Shaco is extremely hard to play properly, Mundo is a really good jungler ATM IMO, Brand is fine, Eve needs some number adjustments, and Kayle needs some buffs.
But if it's champion I can't leave out, it's this bitch

Evelynn doesn't need a bloody relaunch. :( Just give her the old W passive back. Why does Shaco need a relaunch? Brand too? Or Mundo for that matter...
I believe the people working on these re-works are people that actually have experience and know the history behind said champions. Re-works are constrained by a champ's identity whereas new champs can be outside that box.
Completely different problems to work on.
For example:
Let's say they implemented this before 
, thereby pushing up 's re-work-- and the guy who came up with Gnar's ultimate ended up putting it on Poppy because there was nowhere he could put it. AOE heroic charge would be tremendously scary. Just a thought.

And I thought the sheep were calling Urgot OP.
Some of those champs you listed dont even need a full scale relaunch.....
What? While he could maybe use some changes, Brand is far FAR from needing a Sion level rework.
I would like updates on old champs that cant fit in the meta anymore and are never used or that are so weak.... No one wants to pick them like...
I like Shaco and I think his kit is fine, but he is an annoying little prick.
Better Petition, Rito hire more awesome designers so you can just do both. There, problem solved.
I don't think that stopping releasing new champs would really speed up the rework schedule much, honestly.
