Will i ever get put in PBE?

so i have been playing league for about a year now and and i have asked this question before higher ups that are in PBE said it may take 5-9 months i said ok and waited waited and waited now i am starting to think they just passed up my application and moved on and i cant apply for a new one so what now? how do i get into the PBE do i have to be diamond or something to get noticed? i mean come on(my brother has been on here longer an still hasnt gotten into the PBE he wants to know also) would making a new account work? please tell me as soon as possible so i can know what to do to get in thanks.

It took my friend 3 years to get and account. He has been trying since he started playing 3 years ago,and he now got an account in October.

jeez i didnt think it will take that long well maybe if i rank up some more they will accept me or something do u know his rank?

Your rank will not help. He is in bronze 3 (he does not play rank)

I just got into pbe a month ago, and it took me since december i think to get accepted, while my friend got accepted 3 days after he applied. I think its just positive feedback is what it takes to get accepted into pbem and what kind of testers they need right now.
