New client
When can we approximately expect to see new client to hit the live servers?Ofc i am not asking about the exact date just if it will be the 3rd of 4th quartal of 2016 or somewhere in 2017?

Just as someone who has access to it, I'd say not for a while. I've only gotten to actually test it once, so I don't think you'll be seeing it for at least another 4 months. Honestly, I could bet that the new client would be release preseason 7, since if they put it out then, there won't be too many problems before ranked starts.
