Actually impressed with the improvement of the community

Through the long struggle of Season 5 I have slowly but surely moved my way from bronze to platinum and I must say that the improvement of the community once I hit plat has improved 10 fold.

Bronze was shit (didnt help i was bad at the game) but it was terrible

Silver was full of hot headed kids raging on each other (but due to the slight improvement of skill was slightly better than bronze)

Gold was THE WORST! Everyone was hot headed "imma solo carry this game, fuck your advice" kinda shit. Took me a really long time to get to the top of gold ranks (where i finished the actual season). Along with my mediocre skill at the game and the terrible community it took me over 1500 ranked games to finally get out.

But Platinum... Ill be honest I was expecting it to be the worst. All the horror stories I have heard about how its a glorified bronze but in reality its amazing for a lack of better words.

I go into the lobby and request 3 pref spots, and ive only had to play my least favored roles a total of 5 times in 3 weeks. (to some that isnt much, but i play 2-12 hours in a day)

Tl;Dr To all those out there to all those complaining about their current elo and the struggles that they go through every day, There IS a light at the end of the tunnel, and as long as you arent toxic yourself the community gets way better
