Pregame Lobby Trolls

I don't understand why, after 4 years of ranked play, there is no escape for trolling in the pregame lobby. So here's a scenario that happens frequently:

Guy is last pick and demands a certain role, but doesn't get it. Let's say ADC falls to last pick and he picks XinZhao summoner 11 summoner 4 , claiming that he's going to jungle on the opponents side. WTF!

My options are to enter the game and most likely take a loss, or dodge the queue and take the penalty, which could be steep depending on how many times I've had to dodge that day..

Why can't there be a third option to report the kid for trolling? If four other people report him, then he's forced to dodge the queue, with the same penalty as a regular dodge.. 6 min for the first offense of the day, then 30 min etc.. After so many reports in a month, the account is banned, and the kid has to level a new troll account to 30.

Thoughts?

Sometime dodging is cant be avoided. However in all my ranked play I've done so far i rarely saw a ''troll'' pick going too bad. Sometime enemy get disrupted in their game so much that's you end up winning it anyways. Best thing if you end up playing such game is to play it like other games.

Now if you encounter a ''legit troll'' that's will feed the enemy maybe he wont get a ban after your game but this is likely to happen eventually. Also even tho i completely acknowledge the pick order, however I personally often give up my called role in exchange of having better gameplay experience. The guy could be worse than you but it could have been much worse that's my way of thinking.

I disagree with your option. That really could be abused. Rarely would 4 people in ranked all agree to make someone lose LP unfairly, but when they would it would heartbreaking.

But having an option to kick a player in the pre-game lobby, requiring 4 votes/5, like in CSGO would make total sense. I doubt this would be abused. If the CSGO community, which is at least as bad as this one, can make it work, so can LoL's.

There is no rule that is against dedicated counter jungling though, just as there is no rule that requires someone to pick an adc.

There's a different between a "troll" who just wants your team to lose, and a "troll" who is trying to help your team win but going about it a different way.

Your proposal would punish anyone and everyone who doesn't use a meta pick, regardless of how good that are at it.
