Random Account Trying to add me
Can there be fake accounts? There is this random account "Economiczz" keeps on asking me to be friends

I looked it up for you; that account is a spambot. You can always tell them apart by checking their summoner profile. If they're Level 1 with no games played (0/90 experience), block them instead of accepting the friend request.
Just for future reference, any friend request from an account starting with "LolFree..." or "LolGame" followed by some numbers and letters is also a spambot.
Basically, if you aren't expecting a friend request, and don't recognize the name from a recent game (check Recently Played if you're unsure), then just block it instead.
