Lost Rank due to AFK Players
I just lost another ranked game because two players decided to leave the game before it was even 5 mins in. How can I get a lost prevented?

You do not and have never gotten loss prevented because of a few dc's. They are only given out when there is a major server wide issue that affects most, if not all, people playing.
Riot did just implement the /remake system which should help with a lot of the early AFK's, however the requirements to remake a game are somewhat strict as to prevent too much abuse.
