So, before I get into this, I will go ahead and tell you I have been pretty salty in the past, and I am actively working on improving. Alright, so here it goes. I have gotten a Ranked ban not ONCE, but TWICE now. I think it is a pretty dumb and poorly designed area of the Leaver Buster system. I have been suspended a total of 3 times, and I have definitely learned from it. The thing is, I am forced to play and WIN 9 Normal Draft Mode games, which is just blatantly stupid in the eyes of most players, including myself. If we have already been suspended for 2 whole weeks, why do we need to be banned from Ranked for another couple weeks? Most players attend school, and don't have time to play 9 games during the week, let alone win them. Winning the games is out of our control, and I'm sure most Rioters know that Normal Draft Mode is bloated with trolls and insanely toxic players, to the point where even I can't believe they are not permanently banned. It's sort of like the situation where we also are ineligible for end of season rewards, no matter what. That's another situation where we've already been punished, and it seems as if we should be punished again. Maybe you guys could create a reward system based on not being suspended and/or chat restricted for a certain number of months, like 2 months, 6 months, 12 months with a clean record. I think we should still be rewarded for being good at the game even if we have been punished by LeaverBuster, and many people agree. Foxdrop made a whole video about this. If the end of season reward were for being non toxic, then it would make sense. It's like if you're getting a reward for straight A's, but you didn't have perfect attendance so you didn't get the reward. Back to the ranked thing, it would be much better if we had to PLAY like 5, win or lose. It is completely out of our control when it comes to winning. I hope you will consider this, and that maybe you could even try to change this and remove this ranked ban from all accounts with it.

Ranked restrictions are not leaverbuster they are just another form of punishment for chat infractions like chat restrictions and bans.

Leaverbuster punishes with low priority queue which is an extra wait time before games.

Also they are aware that you are only going to win about half your games. So if they made ranked restrictions just games played instead of wins then they would just double the amount required. Except then you would have no incentive to try and the fastest way to get through them would be surrender at 20 games.

Since last season ranked rewards have been for both behavior and skill.

My comment on this is that though they may think you will win half your games, they are telling you to play 18 games total using the formula that you win half. 18 draft games takes at least a week for most of the player base to finish, most likely even more. Most players are in High School or College, meaning they generally half 2 or 3, maybe 4 hours a night to play. When it comes to draft mode, that's about 3 games a night, and people do NOT win half the games they play, that is completely false. Especially considering the fact that Normal Draft is full of trolls and people that insta lock even if they're a lower pick than someone who wanted a role, forcing either a duo jungle or whatever or someone to dodge or maybe even someone to play like anivia jungle because jungle wasn't taken and someone with like 4th pick locked in ahri and said they were going to go mid or troll. I think most people agree with the fact that winning 9 Normal Draft Mode games is pretty stupid, considering the fact that they've already been suspended for 2 weeks, and now it will take them 2 weeks or even longer to be allowed to play ranked, which is what many people want to do. All in all, it's total bullshit that people need to be banned for 2 weeks and then have another punishment on top of that, especially one that isn't a time thing but more of a luck thing. If this was a kind of game where we could carry games with the rest of your team being bad, but this isn't, meaning that you have to have sheer luck for 9 games to play ranked.
