Report System

So, I literally just got out of a game with a Teemo top. I know using the word cancer is a little bit harsh, but this dude, whoever was playing behind this computer screen was literally the definition of an invasive asshole. He fed, got into your head, then came to whatever lane you were in (in my case mid) and did the same thing. He came mid after feeding a Nasus, said "I'm mid now," as he casually proceeded to run down mid and let the enemy team kill him. I then asked him "what the fuck he was doing" to which he replies. "Reported." I am now in tears, this kid is hilarious but he's also a complete dick. This was in solo queue I might add, but unfortunately I couldn't find any reason to report him due to the lack of reasons to report people. There should be options such as "Minging", "Trolling", because honestly half the time I want to report someone I can't even find the right reason to report them. Anyways this was my two cents and I sincerely hope this guy gets permanently banned or at least a 2 week because I'm 100% sure this isn't the first time he has done this. The sad fact is that he likely will not get banned either due to Riot's lack of in game evidence to prove that something like this has happened. The only thing they have to go off of is probably time stamps, chat logs, and maybe kill feed. I think maybe they should step up their game and have something similar to overwatch in CS:GO where Game-Masters or someone could view the entirety of the game or selected portions of it where the flaming happens to determine the punishment.
