ranked soft reset is boring

Soft reset means that everyone is pushed towards the average (low Silver) and then do 10 placement matches starting from there. Hard reset would mean everyone completely starts over in low Silver and does 10 placement matches starting from there.

Basically it would result the majority of ranked games being won at random by whoever had the diamond+ players on their team. It would likely take a month or two to sort everything out and get back to normal.
