Disable Zooming

This may go somewhere else, but I wanted to be safe and put it here.

ANYWAY, I can't disable zooming. The X-Mouse method does nothing to stop scroll-zooming (though it can remap other mouse buttons to other things), and the adding RollerButtonSpeed=0 to inputs.ini method also does nothing. I still scroll like halfway to max every time I don't release MB3 exactly straight up.
