becoming very annoying, anyone have a fix?

about 3 out of 10 games im in. i get into game and im able to type. and move but cant use my hotkeys at all!! so i gotta restart client about 6 times before it works again. does anyone know why this even happens?? im tired of being AFK for 10 minutes then teammates yell at me about something i really cant control. like i said its random games. mainly the first one after i log in and then about 3 out of 10 games after that.

Never seen this before. Sometimes I will get something similar if I am playing in windows mode and I tab to another screen while the game is loading. When I switch back to the game, my mouse wont limit itself to the game. I have to minimize and bring it back up a 2nd time.
