Pre Ordering Skins

Well this is about Preordering skins or maybe a champion as well. I think this could be a great idea. Basically if you preorder a skin or champ you get the champ/skin lets say 3 days before anyone else can purchase it. Maybe you could get a special border as well in your splash pregame. I think this is a good idea! Your thoughts?
