Irelia or Trundle

Which Champion should I but for this current meta. I feel Trundle is strong and you can play him Top, Jungle and Support while Irelia is also super strong but can only be played Top, Jungle and occasionally mid. Which Champion should I buy?

irelia

you can counter trundle easy with kiting/armor whereas irelia is just a big ball of stats, which you cant itemize against if she gets ahead

Both serve different purposes as tanks. Irelia is the better jack imo
