Still no pause option in game or loss forgiven for AFK in ranked....

How long is this going to stay the way it is??? Played 2 games today, won first game, got 25 lp. Lost second game because of AFK, and back to when I was at start of the day. So I wasted almost 2 hours of my life just to be at same lp i was before. Thanks a lot for still not doing anything about this Riot. 'BUT THESE IMPLEMENTATIONS CAN BE ABUSED'. OK, lets not do anything then and let people suffer because something that could help has potential to be abused. Great mindset. And also disable internet please, it can be abused.

Why would there be a pause option in an online multiplayer game?

And if you're gonna be AFK, it's YOUR FAULT for being AFK. Simple as that. You shouldn't be forgiven for intentionally walking away from your teammates.

While it's true that they need to fix LeaverBuster to scan for router lag spikes and such, there should be no other excuse.

"But I have bad/outdated hardware!" Why are you using bad/outdated hardware for League? Save up to get something better. "My internet is slow!" Why are you trying to play with a slow internet connection? Go somewhere else to play: a friend's house, the library, etc. Don't blame the lag for your poor performance: blame yourself for allowing the lag!

And if you're gonna be AFK, don't go into a match. If you still do, you have no right to complain about the consequences, because you brought them upon yourself.

He wasn't the one AFK. It was somebody else. He's saying that if an ally is AFK, the team (minus AFK ally) shouldn't lose LP from a loss in a horrible situation.

Oh..... Ok. My bad.

Play Dota2, it has a pause, along with a system that if someone leaves before the first blood, the game doesn't count and everyone can leave.

your problem is not in the gain and loss of LP my friend! your problem is that you value LP more than playing the game. even though you won one game and might have learned valuable lessons in the 4v5, you count both games as a waste of your time. How sad is that? You should stop playing!

Playing 4v5 is usually a waste a time. Yes you can still win 4v5, but I wouldn't say it's fun. It depends on one or two of the other team messing up or being much less skilled than your team.

not so. The best games i played were 4v5's i won. Sometimes you just out-skill the other team. Sometimes you manage to exploit a dumb mistake they make lategame to score the win. Sometimes you lose. Everytime it is a good learning experience. Playing from behind is not bad!
