League Graphics Gone Wrong (Seizure Warning)

I must stress the video consists of constant flashing lights, so there is a Seizure Warning! I set up a game for me and a few friends to play a simple ARAM. Then this happened, I edited it down into a short video, instead of the full 19:30 minutes that I endure it. I thought it was kinda funny, it's all fixed now I've restarted my computer everything is fine, but that had never happened to me in a game before. Has this happened to anyone else?
