I have no idea what you want or any colours or styles or anything, but here's something I made in 2 minutes.

that's actually kinda kool. its insane how did you make that in 2 minutes??. and I have no idea what I want but colors would be white black red grey or blue any of those colors that mesh kinda well together or like a lime green with black and white would look cool to. but I don't know what kind of design and what not. but that thing looks awesome.

also is a logo different from a icon?.

Yes, a logo is generally the whole organization's name like this, while an icon is a small, simplified box, like this.

How did you come up with the name "The Psycho Synthetics"? Does it have a particular meaning to you?

Well its my guild name name for multiple games such as everquest 2, world of warcraft, guild wars ( don't like guild wars much -.- ) lol and clan name for warcraft 3 and so on and so forth. and to me it means we were created by natures psychotic thoughts. ( I don't know how to explain it
