I played Nunu for the first time an hour ago and actually had a lot of fun in the jungle. But in battle could do little more than slow the enemies escape. I feel if his bit were available to use against champs he would have a better chance of surviving or even winning 1v1 bouts. What do y'all think?

It'd be a late game, farmed Nasus without actually having to farm. Or better yet, imagine being able to smite enemy champions every 9 seconds. Though it'd be incredibly hilarious, but it'd also be pretty broken. :(
Building dmg on Nunu will make those snowballs chunk my friend.
This would require a Q nerf, and this would effectively kill Nunu's identity. Just like how Riot killed Skarner, etc.
