3 board posts no comments can't contact riot because they are un fudging reachable so will someone please tell me why i am not receiving chests. thanks community that acts as riot support staff (pathetic)

IE: Chat restriction (10 game or 25 game), or temporary ban.

Void Nargacuga1 votesSadly yes. Though I still will leave you with good news: Once 3 months have passed (Hey look! You've already been one month without any punishment! Way to go in improving your behavior!) you will be dropped back down to the lowest tier punishment possible: 10 game chat restriction.
When that happens you will be able to fully enjoy the Hextech Crafting.
