Client not poping up

Can the client pop up like it used to when the afk check comes up like it used to? Can it pop up when we have to ban a champ, LIKE IT USED TO Can it pop up when we have to pick a champ, LIKE IT USED TO AND FOR GODS SAKE CAN YOU REMOVE THE ANNOYING BACKGROUND NOISE WHEN WE'RE IN QUEUE AND GAME LOBBY. Or at least you know, put it in as music and not SFX, because it's really annoying as hell. If i dont disable SFX i have to suffer that annoying sound for 2-5 minutes, if i do i can't do anything else in q because the client doesnt pop up and theres no sounds. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
