Permabans are way too harsh!

Honestly Riot no matter what someone does permabans are never the option because if people get frustrated by the game so bad they can just release all kinds of negative emotions and do stupid stuff because that they definitely do love this game and ofcourse players should be punished for breaking the code but permabans are just way too harsh, I'd rather have consecutive 14-days ban because the permaban wastes all the effort, time, emotions and maybe even money that the players spend on their accounts which usually results in the players making new accounts and pissing others off while within the rules of the game so others that get frustrated enough to break the rules get the same punishment as those that broke the rules of the game. My voice will propably get ignored but I honestly prefer all permabans get cleansed and permabans get removed from the game unless stuff like scrips or hacks took place. On the other hand though, I think that if a player quits the game that player shouldn't be able to reconnect after a set amount of time that scales with the length of the game and the player's team should gain all the gold and exp of that player so they atleast have everything the player owns expect for the champ and that kind of stuff. And I thought about a way to stop trolls which is allowing the team to vote one player away, if all 4 agree on it the players gets kicked out of the game and punished and maybe you should allow others to join the game in their place?

Permabans are only for those that repeatedly refuse to adhere to the rules, or drastically cross the line too far.

If a permaban is too harsh, then those people would have stopped what they were doing when they got a temporary ban now wouldn't they? But they don't, so the temp ban apparently isn't enough for them to learn their lesson.

If they just make a new account and continue their behavior, that means not even a permaban is enough.

Sometimes punishments don't get people to change their unacceptable behavior and people just need to be removed.
