My idea for fixing trolls in ranked queues: a dual-system chat.

I posted this on the LoL subreddit, but was told I should post it here for Riot to see. Not sure if Miscellaneous is the right board... anyways.

Have two separate chats: one for your team, and one for all players in the queue. Your team chat is for team communication, but the 10-player chat is for teams to communicate with the other team if there is someone trolling or refusing to communicate. I would say implement at least a 6(or7)+ person requirement to kick someone out of the queue. The benefit of having the high person requirement is to prevent situations like duo queues from taking advantage of the situation.

I would also say a "pause" button should be implemented in queue in case a team needs to tell the other team that someone is being uncommunicative.

The enemy team listen, the enemy doesn't care. Chances are they won't agree to kicking just because it means free ELO.

Now it can result on bully, someone getting kicked just because they don't like it or something.
