Eastern players have much higher ping

I was wondering if Riot will ever make a new server or change the server location so eastern players will have lower ping. I live in a Ohio and without internet lag my ping is always 100-150. However, the western players always have like 10-50 ping. Sometimes the ping is very annoying and i was wondering if they will change this.
