with the release of the updated RAF....why is it not available to OCE? just about every other region has access to it...but not us?

no reply? this is my NA smurf, and rewards work fine on this account....but not on OCE...

some pages say 7, some say 20... but im lvl 11, boards shows as lvl 6 in NA, but OCE boards say this acc is lvl 10....
