lets say we run tiles and offsets for borders and amine. manipulation but don't have it as a self shown script. like color font changes on your coding as of yc1;r yc2;iyc1o yc2;t font. changes n so forth.

would that be bannable.

i mean you guyes wouldn't see it unless some scrub took a hidden ss off twitch or hypercam vids or something but would that be viable to be banned???????????

Any 3rd party program is cheating i dont care what dumb excuse you got it is not part of the game and gives a competitive advantage plane and simple.

I'm not really sure what you are trying to find out here. If you clarify a bit then I might be able to give you an answer.

ty mackle and @oregon read my question before you make a stupid remark like that ( competitive advantage) this isn't running tmc or aa or lag switch proxies etc all it is is mpg changes and tiles to ur own display

is it bannable to use 3rd party client like mpg's to change the pixels aslong as others can't see it like the border tiles. or animation add-ons like tyraels wings to shaco or somecrap but lets say u run twitch with the mods on and thats the only way others can see it and they send in a ticket as a report would that be bannable

If it is a third party manufactured client then yes that would fall under a disallowed third party item according to Riot's new third party policy. That being said, what you can do is get overlays for Twitch streaming, that is entirely allowed. You can also use custom skins that you download and apply over other skins through file management that only you can see, they also make those for the user interface or heads up display. Those you are allowed to use because they are purely cosmetic and are not actual installations or applications and do not influence play. However if I remember the post you cannot use such modifications for any official or tournament play.
