this guy got into it with me so we started swearing and him and his buddies ganged up on me and all banned me in a report and he said enjoy it this is your last game! he knew I would get banned wtf! this is injustice league of legends you condone this? you condone letting people be bullied? retaliating is not acceptable behavior in league. Next time don't respond to them and mute them.

You don't get banned for a single game.
You don't get banned if your behaviour didn't deserve it except in rare cases, which are usually quickly corrected.
If you were banned, it was likely because you had a prior history of negative behaviour and this was the last straw.
If you are actually innocent, contact support.
Let's get real here. I am about to quit League myself and move on to something more productive. The reporting system is a complete joke and clearly dis-functional. We get behaviors like this post-game -- which only leaves to your own imagination was transpires in-game.

People literally cyber-bullying and committing criminal acts such as uttering threats. Yet, I am the one that got insta-banned after that exact match (14 Days). You die a few times in lane, kids start crying report for intentional feeding and fueling both teams to issue falsified reports.
This season seems worse than the previous and the whole system seems un-balanced.

One, you're in the wrong forum.
Two, this is hearsay to anyone who isn't part of the Tribunal. On top of that, punishments are typically issued for repeated toxic behavior, not a first offense. (At least that's what I've heard from everyone else, could someone confirm whether or not a single offense is all it takes to ban an extremely toxic player?)
Three, there's this thing called on the scoreboard called a "mute" button. Use it. It's saved me a lot of frustration when people bitch about my build.
