Client response to putting your computer to sleep

Recently I have started putting my computer to sleep because I've been told it helps your CPU, GPU, hard drives, etc. last longer. When you put your computer to sleep while the league client is open it will keep you logged in until the connection times out at which point you have to close the client and start it back up again. So I was thinking it would be cool to save a little bit of time if when the client times out it gives a pop up msg but then relaunches the game patcher. This would also help you differentiate whether or not your client has timed out or not. However I don't know if this is doable or how many people it would affect. It would save me a maximum of 4 clicks every time i log back in so It probably wouldn't be worth it, but I thought it might be a neat idea.
