Allow selling of runes for 1/2-1/4 their cost.

As the title says, allow runes to be sold for ip.

part of the idea of no sell back is to encourage more playing and grinding. However, I would not be opposed to the option of being able to delete rune from your inventory. I don't need tier 2 or tier 1 runes anymore and it would eliminate cluttering if I could remove them.

yes please those tier 3 mana regen seals are really annoying to look at in my inventory

I have to agree... I don't need T1 and some of the T3's... T2? HA! They all cost 1 ip now...and they ARE useful to an extent...ONLY to an extent.
