Who's the best ninja?

Ok, you all know about the fights between Shen and Zed. After looking at their lore and being there champs; I couldn't decide who the best ninja is because Shen is the master at durability and Zed is the best attack damage, durable and the sneakiest champ i've seen besides the dreaded Teemo. I hope that you guys will help me figure out who the best ninja is.
