I keep getting dodge penalty when someone else dodged.
For no reason I keep getting dodge penalties. It is not even my turn to pick/ban and someone dodges, then I get a penalty for it. Does anyone know why this keeps happening?

Because it's not enough that this game penalized you for getting away from idiot trolls that they need to penalized you even when it's not your fault. I'm convinced it's just a money making tactic of Riot to make you reroll new accounts and spend money.
