I'm not a native English speaker. I heard this phrase in the game chat. what does it mean?

Someone that can't spell, it is meant to say 3rd grade, which is an elementary year in a school system.
Ex. 1st "first" grade, 2nd "second" grade, 3rd "third" grade.
