Finding Correlations Between Roles and Individuals (Yes... Another One...)

I have always been interested in finding out if there are any correlations between the qualities a person has and the role they choose. I've done some research to see if it's been done already and most that I found based their research off of Myers-Briggs personality types. Myers-Briggs types are fun and can be accurate to an extent, but even I have experienced that my answers change based on my mood and I can take the same test within two weeks and get two different answers that both fit me.

I've created a small Google form that asks a few questions, beginning with some basic gender and age questions that are not required. While the form will be completely anonymous, if you do not feel comfortable inputting gender or general age bracket, you don't need to. The purpose of those questions are to see if age is another factor in choice of roles. Other questions will include general personality traits and preferred champion information. There are thirteen questions in total.

Thank you so much for your time. I will try to have the first round of results by the New Year, depending on the interest and response level to the survey.
