Garen

Garen need a new skin. I mean he has a few skins but none of them has a great depth of particle effect change (excluding Steel Legion). This new skin needs to encompass being bad ass like Rogue Admiral. Maybe when he Qs, his sword can go on fire if its a Dragon Slayer skin _(JUST AN EXAMPLE) _. The current skins aren't just enough as many mains will agree.
