The above link would take you to reviews about Riot that would advise the players of what to expect from this game and from Riot. every new player coming into this game should read those reviews before they regret giving this game and Riot more than they deserve. The countdown for Riot's downfall has started and its just a matter of time before LOL is forgotten/changed/ or bought by a new company that would fix Riot's crap.
