Promo series
I would really like to get rid of promo series, any thoughts?
I realy don't think it makes for a fun time, its just makes people to nervous and riled up.

League is about performance. If you are too nervous and riled up to perform and win a series, you don't deserve a promotion.
They are actually already looking to change how promotion works for next season. I don't know any details, but they are well aware that not everybody cares for them.
