Restrictions during Low Priority Queue

Currently, you cannot do anything on your client whilst you are in the first part of the queue where you cannot find a match. Whilst the punishment is justified, this restriction does seem like overkill and I see no reason why you shouldn't be allowed to do stuff on the client whilst waiting for the time to pass
