Question about RP buying

First of all sorry if this is the wrong area for this. But after xmas money and such i've got $35 i want to put into RP. Now will i get more if i get a prepaid credit card with the money on it and go through the store, or will it be the same as going to gamestop to get a $25 and $10 rp card?
