I'm a LAS player, we have this weekend the bonus ip event, that was suspended few weeks ago for the wild card tournament, i'm here to ask if riot really permabanned or punished like they said they were going to, these people that was letting the enemy win in 7 minutes... or are we safe to do it aswell?
