Does league work on a non- genuine copy of microsoft windows? If it does, will the non -genuine copy o windows affect gameplay?

Yes but you have to deal with the pop ups and if you click them in full screen mode it minimizes the game.
I had to play on non genuine windows 7 cause of an issue i was having recently but have recently gottwn it reactivated.
I would suggest using shift windows to keep your game full screen while in windowed mode so that accidentally clicking the pop ups doesnt minimize the game.
