Report abuse, toxic culture, ban bot
Hello everyone, and most importantly Riot, I am writing on this forum today in hopes this issue will get settle before the community snowballs into full toxic/troll mode. Here is the deal, I play solo queue ranks and like everyone I get a few trolls/ ragers... which isn't anything new... but what is killing the game slowly and creating even more rage in the community and making it even more toxic, is the fact that you have implemented a ban bot... Any player can report any player for whatever reason he wants. Which leads me to the fact that trolls/ragers are abusing the report button (mostly verbal abuse/negative attitude) just to piss people off and get them auto banned. Which makes no sense, your report system is backfiring. I've just gotten a 73 game chat restriction and 35 ranked game ban, because I got reported by 1 or 2 teamates who I was trying to help out by giving tips and game knowledge. Most of this community doesn't want to communicate and listen to teamates so why is there a chat? All this chat has gotten me are bans..... for being a polite and helpful teamate???? Something must be done to prevent this from continuing because otherwise your community will turn even more toxic and it'll only get worse.... people hate getting reported and it just tilts them if they get reported by the troll ap zed or rager. Just get rid of the report button PLEASE, and PLEASE just give us the ability to votekick someone during the champ select. Most toxic players can be spotted right away in champion select and alot of toxic situation could be dodged by implementing this. Right now, I'm considering uninstalling league and just promoting against the game because of the intense toxicity in this community and the lack of interest Riot seems to have to fix this issue. Oh, and also the fact you guys implemented a ban bot who just bans whoever regardless of the real facts. Anyone else is having this frustrating issue? You guys want to promote good behavior but you implement a system that promotes the opposite...?!?!?!
