Can we please have some new clue about the victorious skin.

Let me just say; I hate ranked. I hate how the placement system seems so random, I hate how random the matchmaking feels, I hate the toxic scumbags and trolls I have to see every other game. I want to go back to normals where I can just shrug it off if I have an afk, or a whiner who can't stop hassling their teammates for 5 god damn seconds and play the frickin game.

Despite all this I'm playing ranked at the moment because hey victorious skin might be for a champ I really like (Sivir or Vayne? Yes please.) My friend and I duoed all our placements together and he got placed into gold 4 I got placed into silver 2, right makes sense. Not really but whatever, after fighting my way into multiple promotional series and having every one ruined by someone who feeds 3 kills 5 minutes in and just says gg whilst giving up or someone too busy telling everyone else how to play the game that they keep getting snagged by thresh or blitz or whatever and throwing the game down the drain or hey MAYBE just having a bad game personally to which I never get to hear the end of whilst the game continues to move straight into the next one that will have previously mentioned factors for another quick loss.

So at this point TLDR I just want to know, is it Azir (like a lot of people surmise) or possibly someone I care about so I can know if I can know I can just quit this torture already.
