RANKED QUEUE RESET

Okay, so I understand that with any reset of the ranked queue that you're going to start lower than where you are....but to go from Silver III in Flex Queue to Bronze V is a little much. I want to know how that was calculated, first of all, and second of all, why did I drop that much? That's quite a few ranks to drop for a soft reset....
