Gentleman Gnar price

So Gentleman Gnar is said to be priced at 975 RP but like a lot of other skins have been will it have a 30% price reduction for a short time when it is first released or will it be full price when they release it? I'm really hoping that it is slightly reduced because I don't quite have 975 but any info helps a lot. Thanks in advance.
