Inactive account purge
Not sure when the last account purge was where riot deleted inactive accounts, maybe its time they do another one? The last one was almost 2 years ago i think.

They have a system for this that is active constantly.
Accounts that are levels 1-6 will have their names be available after 6 months of inactivity. For accounts higher than level 6, they are given 1 more month for every level above 6, up to a maximum of 2 years, 6 months for level 30 accounts.
