Why does Ranked allow non mastered champ play?

How many more series games must I lose because people are just "trying out the new champ" in a ranked game? No body gets banned. One guy said he did for 1 day, then 2, then 3, then so on and really? First chat log of intentionaly toxicity, trolling, cyber bullying needs to be permanent immediate ban.

And you can not play champions you have not mastered in before playing Ranked. WTF is the point of ranked then? this game has no real competition. You can't throw half of the team of noobs to the game in with another half that has mastered champions. Is there not an actual intelligent person who has studied competitive game play in real life that works on this game? Is it really a bunch of people trying to be a cross between tight jean hipsters & pretend computer nerds? You don't have people in wheel chairs competing in races with people who are running. Is the analogue wasted here? /wrists, this world is too full of stupid people...

Having Mastery levels in a champion does not mean you're good at it. That is not what the system is there to show. Not having Mastery levels does not mean you're bad at it, either.

maybe at least mastery level 1 (to prevent people from playing something they just bought) which should be easy just getting to level 30, but maxed mastery would be too much.

and as many have said new release champs need to be disabled from rank for 2 weeks upon release. (unless this mastery requirement is added)

You don't have enough control over what you play for this to really be a reasonable requirement. First you would have to have 16 champions mastered to even play ranked. Then to able to do any kind of trading you would need those champions mastered. You don't have total control over even what lane you get so that means playing champions you don't like as much so wouldn't likely spend time to master. You would just get lots of, can't support, none are mastered type of stuff.

It sounds great at first thought but it would just be a huge burden. Ya it would be great to stop the guy deliberately first timing a champion in ranked but the downsides are huge. It also can be hard to get meaningful experience in normals for some. Some just mentally can't take it seriously. A lot have a huge gaps between their normal and ranked MMR so the competition isn't there. Others just don't need much. I usually play new champs in a 1v5 custom game and well before max level I have the overwhelming majority of what I needed to learn.

I do think disabling new champions for a week or two in ranked would be a nice change though. Most of those people who would first time a new champion in ranked would probably play it in normals because they want to try them out right away.

Bronze - Level 1 Mastery Silver - Level 2 Mastery Gold - Level 3 Mastery Platinum - Level 4 Mastery Diamond+ - Level 5 Mastery

Sounds good to me.

League doesn't need a system for this. Players need to leave trying new champs to Norms and grind out some knowledge and pull your head out of your ass. level 5 mastery doesn't make you good at a champ, or the game but I feel better hitting the grid with a team of people who have spent time and effort sharpening there champs.
