Blitzcrank is too weak
Blitzcrank needs a buff, or a slight rework. I feel his w should be an AOE attack speed/movement speed buff. That would make him a really good support.

I believe this belongs in the "Live Balance" section. And I think you haven't played against good Blitzcranks yet. He is a playmaking machine. Literally.
To add to your idea, the Ultimate passive could grant movement speed to nearby allies while available so it is a harder decision when to use it in a teamfight. The currently implemented random sparks steal away too many creeps which is especially annoying when getting Blue Buff for your team.

You will NEVER convince me that Blitz is not a cancerous champion with retarded mechanics.
