odd whispering while dead

so i just got done with a game of league on summoners rift. and while dead i noticed some od sounds in the backround. so turned off my fan and turned down the volume for everything else. and it was what sounded like a person whispering or chanting. unable to make out what is being said. but i found it odd. anyone else notice this or know what it is?
